Own QUBIC's internal rhythm. Run meeting minutes, keep shared docs tidy, and make sure nothing important slips through the cracks.
Steward QUBIC's finances — budget across portfolios, process reimbursements, track sponsor dollars, and keep the books clean.
Flagship Program
You'll help turn Queen's IP into real ventures and run the most important night on our calendar.
Make the Pitch Competition happen — IP onboarding, team support, mentorship coordination, and milestone check-ins across the eight-week program.
Own the night-of experience. Lock the venue, design the run-of-show, lead the decor setup, and make pitch night look and feel like QUBIC at its best.
Community
Bring the right people in. Run recruitment, first-year outreach, and keep the pipeline full.
Design QUBIC's recruitment strategy — info sessions, tabling, faculty partnerships, and candidate experience end-to-end.
Support the director on campaign execution, applicant tracking, and onboarding logistics.
Programming
From IP workshops to trivia night — you plan it, you run it, you make sure people actually show up.
Curate QUBIC's workshop series — IP fundamentals, commercialization strategy, and the skill sessions that build our members' toolkit.
Lead the one-off moments — trivia, mixers, panels, socials. If it's not a workshop or the pitch, you're running it.
Rotate across Workshops, Special Events, and Pitch Showcase Logistics. On-the-ground execution and the people who make events feel effortless.
Growth
Cold emails, long calls, and every sponsor we've ever landed. The reason QUBIC can afford to dream bigger.
Lead sponsor strategy — research prospects, write the pitch, run outreach, close deals, and steward relationships year over year.
Support prospect research, outreach follow-ups, and sponsor relationship tracking — a crash course in business development.
Voice
Run the feed, ship the content, and make QUBIC look like QUBIC everywhere online.
Own the content calendar and brand voice across Instagram, LinkedIn, and everywhere else — posts, captions, engagement.
Create content, schedule posts, cover events in real time, and help build QUBIC's online community from the inside out.

General Members are the foundation of QUBIC's community. No committee commitment, no set hours — attend workshops and speaker sessions, apply to the Pitch Competition as an individual or team, and volunteer at events when you can.
The only expectations: show up with a professional, respectful, inclusive attitude, and abide by QUBIC's code of conduct.
